Emotional Health in Longevity: The Missing Link - Less Biohacking, More Bioharmony
We´re delighted to introduce a physician who is helping redefine the future of longevity medicine, not simply by asking how long we live, but by exploring how deeply we thrive.
Dr Tamsin Lewis, widely known as Dr Tam, is a longevity and emotional health physician, human-flourishing advocate, and Founder and Medical Director of Wellgevity®. She graduated with honours in Medicine from King’s College London and Guy’s & St Thomas’ Hospitals and holds a BSc in Neuroscience and the Biology of Ageing. Her work uniquely bridges psychiatry, sports and exercise medicine, and nutritional and functional medicine, reflecting a deeply integrative approach to healthspan.
A Member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists and founding trustee of the British Society for Lifestyle Medicine, Dr Lewis leads a personalised, diagnostics-driven model known as the Wellgevity® Method — integrating advanced biomarkers, brain–body synchrony, and evidence-based recovery practices to support long-term vitality. Clinically, she consults in London, delivering longevity medicine through what she describes as a “bioharmony” lens.
Her guiding belief is both simple and profound: longevity is not a project of control — it is a practice of coherence.
At the Longevity Med Summit 2026, she presents “Emotional Health in Longevity: The Missing Link — Less Biohacking, More Bioharmony.”
In this session, Dr Tam explores emotional health as a biologically consequential — yet often under-recognised — pillar of longevity. She will examine how emotional physiology, including stress, safety, connection, and regulation, shapes resilience and long-term health, inviting us to move beyond a purely biohacking mindset toward a more integrated and humane model of lifespan and healthspan medicine.
By reframing longevity through the lens of nervous-system intelligence and emotional coherence, her work challenges us to consider that true vitality may arise not from greater control, but from greater alignment.
Please us in warmly welcoming Dr Tamsin Lewis to the Fountain Life Vision stage.
