Longevity, Cancer Prevention, and the Future of Precision Medicine

Dr. Williams is the Director of Interventional Oncology and Immunotherapy at the Williams Cancer Institute in Beverly Hills, California, and an adjunct professor at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. A board-certified radiologist, image-guided cancer specialist, researcher, and professor, he has dedicated his career to advancing innovative cancer treatments. As one of the pioneers of immunotherapy, Dr. Williams specializes in intra-tumoral interventions and has led groundbreaking work in combining immunotherapy agents for image-guided injections across a wide range of cancer types.

He is the author of The Immunotherapy Revolution, a groundbreaking look at how immunotherapy is changing cancer treatment and saving lives.

Notably, he performed the world’s first ablation procedure integrating a specific combination of immunotherapy agentes, transforming the ablation process itself into a therapeutic immune response. Since then, he has carried out thousands of procedures, including many “first-in-human” applications in ablation and cryoablation therapies, helping to shape the future of interventional oncology.

Today, Dr. Williams will share an expert perspective on the intersection of longevity science and oncology in his talk, “Longevity, Cancer Prevention, and the Future of Precision Medicine.” He will explore how early detection, prevention strategies, and precision medicine are redefining cancer care, extending healthspan while reducing risk and how cutting-edge research is rapidly being translated into meaningful clinical practice.
