Where Hospitality Meets Health: The Future of Wellness Spaces

Chris Miller

CEO, White Rabbit Projects,
London, United Kingdom

Chris Miller is a hospitality entrepreneur and investor exploring the emerging intersection between hospitality, wellness, and community. As Founder and CEO of White Rabbit Projects, he has spent the past decade building and scaling some of the most exciting restaurant and hospitality concepts across global markets.

Founded in 2016, White Rabbit Projects is a hospitality and wellness incubator that invests in and develops early-stage brands, combining capital with a full operating platform spanning concept creation, development, operations, marketing, and culinary strategy. Under Chris’s leadership, the company has grown into a global platform employing more than 1,000 people across 70 sites in the UK, Japan, and Portugal.

The portfolio includes brands such as Lina Stores, Kricket, and SOMA, alongside White Rabbit Hospitality, a division that designs and operates multi-venue food, beverage, and social spaces for leading hotels and real estate developments. More recently, Chris has expanded into wellness with ARC — London’s first communal contrast therapy club — bringing the social energy of hospitality into the world of recovery and wellbeing.

Chris previously served as Commercial Director at Soho House Group, where he played a key role in the global expansion of its members’ clubs and restaurants.

At the Longevity Med Summit 2026, Chris will present “Where Hospitality Meets Health: The Future of Wellness Spaces.” In this talk, he explores how the next generation of wellness will move beyond clinics and gyms toward vibrant social destinations that combine recovery, nutrition, movement, diagnostics, and community — bringing the science of health together with the social energy of hospitality.
