If for any personal reason you are unable to attend the event we can unfortunately the refund of your pass unless the event has been cancelled.
Passes are non-refundable unless the Event is cancelled or the date changes. However, you´re welcome to transfer your Pass to someone else to attend the current summit. If you need help with a transfer, please contact register@longevitymedsummit.com
Attendees are kindly asked to arrange their own flights and accommodation. To help plan your visit, we’ve prepared useful information on travel options, recommended London hotels, and details about the venue.
No booking is required. All sessions operate on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend arriving around 10 minutes before a session starts to secure a seat.
Absolutely. Community is at the heart of the Longevity Med Summit. Throughout the event, including between sessions, at the Exhibition Hall, and during networking moments, attendees will have many opportunities to meet industry leaders, exchange ideas, and build meaningful connections within the Longevity Med Summit community.
