Prof. Richard Barker is a globally recognized leader in healthcare innovation, longevity science, and AI-driven medicine, with a distinguished 40-year career spanning roles at McKinsey, IBM, and the Association of the British Pharmaceutical Industry. As the Co-Founder & CEO of New Medicine Partners, he focuses on integrating precision medicine and AI into healthcare systems to enhance patient outcomes and extend healthspan.

In addition, he serves as Chairman of the Board at Metadvice, a global initiative dedicated to advancing the application of responsible AI in medical decision-making. His work also includes the ‘Wicked Issues’ of Healthy Longevity Framework, which identifies the key challenges in scaling longevity innovations and ensuring their equitable adoption.

Prof. Barker is also a visiting professor in Precision Population Health at King’s College London.
