From Clinic to Community: Translating Longevity Science into Real Estate, Hospitality and Scalable Living models
Please join us in welcoming Thomas Olivier.
Thomas is the Founder and CEO of O-live, a company building what he calls the execution layer of preventive healthcare, enabling clinics to deliver continuous, supervised care between visits. By integrating wearable data, lab biomarkers, EMRs, and real-world patient inputs, O-live transforms practitioner-designed protocols into structured daily action, escalating only when clinical intervention is needed with full auditability and measurable outcomes.
He is also the Founder of Omnos, an early preventive health platform mapping symptoms, lifestyle, and biomarkers into prioritized health insights, and the Co-founder and former CEO of Regenerus Labs, which he led from 2016 to 2025.
Across all his ventures, Thomas has focused on one central challenge: moving healthcare from episodic advice to structured follow-through, where adherence, monitoring, and continuous adaptation drive real, measurable impact.
Today, he collaborates with longevity clinics, wellness operators, and hospitality leaders to help shift from one-off wellness experiences to predictive, data-driven, and scalable health journeys embedded into real estate and living environments.
He is also the author of Cracking Your Health Code and Smart Health — and, before entering the world of health innovation, a former French swimming champion.
Thomas brings a unique perspective at the intersection of longevity science, execution systems, and scalable living models.
